Ramen served in somewhat of a unique style. The broth used is much thicker than most ramen broths, giving it a much creamier texture. It was very flavorful and all of the toppings complement the broth well to result in a very satisfying final bowl of ramen. To top it off, you can end the bowl with a scoop of cheese and rice, called "Honban". I wasn't convinced at first but this final touch ended up being a fantastic addition. It is light on meat and vegetables, but it is more than made up for with the quality of the noodles and "honban" rice refill.

This is my family’s favorite place to have ramen. There are many options to choose from. The ramen is amazing and the owner is extremely friendly!

Delicious ramen definitely worth your time to stop by any time of the week and indulge in heavily taste. Also, for the fans of spicy ramen. They have 7 different spicy levels for spicy miso ramen with the hottest being called death start.

This is a ramen shop for strong tsukemen! The master here is interesting. Even if you leave the noodles, you can eat the last production (tightening). There are also many foreigners because it is close to Yokota Base. It is worth going once.

It's not as congested after 12pm. The ramen is delicious and the refill with rice and cheese is on point.

The habitual (in a good way) shopkeeper was the best. When I heard that it was a production, I didn't think I thought it was something bad, but it was a bowl that came out.It was worth trying once and it was very delicious.

Kippoushi Ramen was one of the first places I ate when I moved to Japan & is still my favorite restaurant! The food is mouthwatering & the staff are incredibly friendly!!! They even have pictures of some of their customers (including us now) hung up around the restaurant which felt very welcoming to me! I spoke with the owner the first time I visited and now every time we go he greets us with a smile & a warm greeting! I cannot express how great the beef dip ramen is! The flavor is unmatched!!! I get it every time I go and will continue to order it until the day I leave Japan!

Taste, commitment materials, price, staff affair, quantity and everything is a very satisfying shop.It was the first time in a few years, but I was happy because I had evolved what was good.I will come back soon.

It was an important person. Many foreign customers felt. You can choose noodles for ramen and match it to your taste. Even after you finish eating, there is "real" and you can get to å£ with a few meals of rice ♪ I was satisfied ('ー ï½€) ノ

Incredible spicy miso ramen. Broth and pork are unequaled in the area. Be careful with the spiciness level. A 2 is hot enough to make your eyes water from just smelling it. Super busy, plan to wait in line. There are only about 8 seats. But the wait is worth it. Parking is not on-site. They have some rental spots. There is a map on-site.

Ramen this good is very rare. VERY RARE!

Good ramen. I highly recommend the white miso ramen, I was less impressed by the tomato based or sweet ramen. The hanban should not be missed as it is unique to this shop. It's very close to Yokota base though parking can be a chore.

A cute little hidden ramen shop. This place is hidden in plain sight that most locals don't even know about. Is very good and the owner is very very polite.

Bring cash because you pay at a vending machine and then sit down at the bar. The spicy miso is fantastic. As was the tonkotsu.

Best ramen in Fussa.

Beef dipping noodles are straight fire. Service was really nice and the small ramen shop vibe was on point. 10/10 recommend to a friend. Don't forget to ask for the Honbon after you finish, Korean was the way for me but Japanese isn't bad 🤙ðŸ½

Wow, I've never had ramen like this before! The broth is very thick, and is super in-your-face flavorful. Both the tonkotsu and spicy miso were incredible in this way, and the spicy miso can be made extremely spicy! But somehow the dipping beef ramen stole the show; the sauce was just amazing! At the end, ask for "honban", and the chef will put rice and cheese and sizzling stones into your leftover broth, which, I mean, yeah, I'll eat anything with this broth. You pay with the ticket machine by the door; cash only.

Spicy tongue noodles delicious. I felt the best taste of tsukemen.Recommended for those who like tonkotsu and like tsukemen but are not good at fish meal. And the after-meal service and the customer service of the shopkeeper are good! recommendation!

The owner is so nice guy.

The tonkatsu ramen here is easily the best ramen I've had in my entire life. On top of that, the folks working here were super kind and lovely to talk to. Next time I'm in Japan I will definitely be back!

EVERYTHING is perfect here. Flawless traditional ramen. Say "honbon" if you have broth left for an awesome surprise.

I heard rumors about Saba ramen!I heard that it was delicious, what kind of ramen? Are you riding on Yakisaba? I thought, but did not ride!Is it dashi? It was very delicious! ! Is it easy? I thought it was heavy and just right! !It looks like a popular menu for 35 years!Next time I will try something different.

First time here and will go again. It seems like a local spot with visitors since it close to base. You can park in the back (map available in store) or out front if it’s late like I did. Arrived 30 min before closing so not many people. It looks like a regular Ramen shop (bar like seating) that’s been around awhile so don’t expect anything fancy/upscale. Since I LOVE spicy ramen I tried the spicy ramen at level 5 (Big Bang). Upon my first bite, it was so good I couldn’t put my spoon/chopsticks down. Plus I was starving so it hit all the right spots! Finished my meal and was about to go when I seen the sign for “honbanâ€. It’s a specialty of the shop which mixes just a little of your soup base that’s then heated with two black stones to make a cheese risotto(they add rice & cheese). Even if you do not finish your noodles the shop would like you to try their “honbanâ€. Hoping to try level 6 (Black Hole) on a return; only 25 people have been able to finish this!

Soooooo good. The spicy factor is no joke. Stick with a small number!

Great tasting Spicy Miso...just needs more meat and vegetables

Tonkotsu ramen, but it was my first taste! really delicious! It's embarrassing to say a little bit that the closing "production" is famous or the first time ... lolBut you should definitely get the actual production!I think that it is easier to enter if the shop is a little more beautiful!

Soup: 4âï¸Meat:4 âï¸Noodle:5 âï¸The first pic is sweat miso, which is super sweat, it kinda killed my appetite, I feel full after only two bites, So I will give it 3 out of 5. The second one is beef dip, come with a plate of cooked beef, which is way better then sweet miso one, but nothing special, I will give it 4 out of five. They have this thing called Honban, after you finish the noodle, they will use your left over soup cook cereal, you can choose from Japanese style and Korean style. The beef dip Japanese style cereal is great. Their most popular one is spicy miso, too bad I didn’t get to try it.The shop is by the big road but the parking land is a bit complicated to find. Cozy small traditional Japanese style space. The owner is really friendly and enthusiastic.

So the bad: Small place, kind of hole-in-the-wall style restaurant. If you are looking to eat with 4 or more, you'll have to wait to get a seat and that's if four free to at once cause there is no waiting line. Parking is a bit hard to get to and it's only 5 slots. Once you find it, it'll be an easy walk. It's behind and to the right in a small lot with little ramen signs on each slot. The AMAZING: The food is delicious. Best ramen-dip style noodles I've had. Never pour your soup into the ramen and once you've finished the ramen, don't drink the soup. Yell "hon-bon" and they'll pour cheese or some kind of mixture (depending on what set you get) into your remaining soup with hot rocks and it'll be out of this world. Great staff and easy to order menu. Pay for your ramen at the machine, get your ticket, pick your noodle thickness once you sit and enjoy.
